WHEN can Table training begin?

Showing Table member training modules (videos) require these steps from the Mission Leadership Team before these meetings can begin:

1. Table Roster must be submitted to Open Table Handbook 2.4Table Roster Form


2. Table member payments must be submitted Handbook 2.4 


3. The Mission Leader will request permission to proceed with Table member training by submitting the Table Training Request form. You will be contacted by Open Table within two business days of your request being received with approval to move forward or with questions related to the Table roster or Table payment. Handbook 3.3 


WHO attends and leads the training for Table members?

All Table members must attend all training module group meetings before they meet their Brother or Sister. In the event that a member cannot attend, a Mission Leader can request temporary access for a Table member. 


To request the temporary access, the Mission Leader is to fill out the

 Non-ML Access to training material form. The temporary

username and password, along with login instructions, will be emailed to the

Mission Leader at their OTU email address. (NOTE: You can access your OTU

email account from the main OTU menu bar.) Temporary access to the training

materials will be granted for 60-day period.


The Mission Leadership Team will preview and present the training modules to Table members. 


WHERE do I find the Table member training modules?

The Table member training modules (videos) are located on Open Table University under the "Training tab" sub tab "Table Member Training" or with this link. Mission Leaders must be logged into OTU in order to access the modules.
