To use Open Table HelpDesk to create a help ticket, do the following:


1. Click on the Home tab at HelpDesk entry. 

2. Click on New Support Ticket.



3. Add an email address in the requester field that you want to receive a reply to:



4. Fill in the remaining fields. Attach a file or photo if applicable. Click I am not a robot and submit.


You will receive a confirmation that your ticket was received. We respond to tickets as soon as possible and no later than 24-48 hours.
